Previous position: Vice President of Hisense and Director of R & D Center of Hisense, in charge of technology R & D, brand building, legal patents, etc. Professor of Shandong University, Deputy Director of Scientific Research Division, Assistant Dean of School of Management of Shandong University, Director of Shandong University Science and Technology Law and Intellectual Property Research Center, etc., Top Professional and Technical Talent in Shandong Province selected in 1999.
Research Interests
Professor Guo Qingcun is mainly engaged in research on science and technology management, science and technology law, and intellectual property right. He presides over and leads 6 provincial and ministerial-level subjects (including the provincial tendering subject as the chief expert). He has independently published more than 40 articles and 4 major works (Representative: Intellectual Property Law published by Shanghai People's Publishing House), participated in the edition of 4 works as major writer, presided over and undertook 7 provincial and ministerial-level subjects (including 2 provincial key soft science tendering subjects as chief expert), declared and got the approval to host 1 national project (research on intellectual property management of high-tech enterprises-national soft science project), participated in 7 provincial and ministerial-level or above research projects as deputy team leader or sub-project leader. With the achievements he hosted or independently completed, he has won 7 prizes from the Provincial Department of Education or above, including 1 first prize of Shandong Social Sciences Outstanding Studies.
