Zhang Liwei, Associate Professor, Master’s Supervisor, School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Shandong University. He was the visiting Scholar in Nanyang Technological University Singapore. Dr Zhang gained his PhD from Dalian University of Technology. He took the deputy District Chief of Science and Technology (temporary post) in Hedong District, Linyi City.
His research area includes innovation management, science and technology strategy, science and technology policy, and intellectual property management. He had published over 30 papers in leading domestic and international journals and led several important national, provincial, and ministerial-level research projects.
