XU Ke (Milo), currently serving as a Tenured Associate Professor and master's supervisor at Shandong University, selected for the Future Scholars Program at Shandong, and a TOP 1% highly cited scholar in 2024.
Simultaneously serving as a researcher at the Research and Promotion Center of the National Patent Navigation Project, a member of the Intellectual Property Policy Professional Committee/Journal Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Science of and Science and S&T Research.
Obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management (with a minor in Law) from Central University of Finance and Economics (Cufe); and obtained PhD in management science and engineering from the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Chinese Academy of Sciences).
Main research areas are innovation policy, enterprise innovation and intellectual property management, technology transfer and achievement transformation, and science and technology law.
In recent years, more than 50 papers have been published in authoritative journals such as "Expert Systems with Applications", "China Soft Science", "Research Management", "Scientific Research", "China Population, Resources and Environment", and "International Transactions in Operational Research" (including 13 important A/B journals of the Management Department of the National Natural Science Foundation of China). Three academic monographs have been published. The book serves the intellectual property work of the entire Chinese Academy of Sciences, and its research achievements have won the second prize of Shandong Soft Science and Technology Achievement Award.
Participated in the writing of more than 10 important policy reports, and the research results of the think tank were published in well-known newspapers such as Economic Daily, ZHONGGUO JIAOYU BAO, and Dazhong Daily (Theoretical Edition). Relevant departments adopted the research report.
Hosted or participated in over 10 scientific research projects at various levels including the United Nations, National Natural Science Foundation, National Social Science Foundation, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology, Beijing Municipality, Shandong Province, etc; Participated in many scientific and technological legislative work such as the Ministry of Commerce, the China National Intellectual Property Administration, Beijing, Shandong Province, etc.
