Gao Jie is a long-term associate professor at the School of Innovation& Entrepreneurship, Shandong University;Captain of the Shandong University Qingdao Campus Joint Football Team (Green Pepper Union),Youth working committee of theChineseAssociationofScienceof ScienceandS&T Policy Research, master's and professional master's supervisors, and part-time researcher at the CenterforScience, Technology &Education Policy, Tsinghua University. Formerly served as a postdoctoral fellow and assistant professor at Tsinghua University. Studied and worked at Dalian University of Technology, Nankai University, Harbin Institute of Technology, and Tsinghua University. Teach courses related to innovation management, technological economy, and intellectual property, and offer elective courses such as Chinese and foreign innovation and entrepreneurship elites and business war film and television appreciation.My main research areas include innovation management, teamwork, technology policy, AI governance, intelligent social governance, intellectual property management, etc.
At present, more than 30 papers and comments have been published in Chinese and English journals and media. He has hosted the Youth Project of National Natural Science Foundation of China,the ISTIC Taylor&Francis Group Academic Frontier Observation Joint Laboratory Project, the China Postdoctoral Fund General Project, the General Project of Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, and participated in multiple national and provincial level research projects.
