
Liu Kai-di holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Sheserved as an associate professor at the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Shandong University.
Kai-di has conducted dozens of studies on environmental efficiency and productivity analysis, and on environmental economic policy evaluation. Her recent research interests lie in big data analysis of public opinion and innovative economic geography. She has been published in journals including Chinese Public Administration and Socio-Economic Planning Sciences.
Kai-di has led or participated in various scientific research projects, including those funded by the National Key Research and Development Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the Ministry of Education’s Humanities and Social Sciences Project. She has been selected for the Future Plan for Young Scholars of Shandong University and the Qingdao Philosophy and Social Sciences Youth Talent Team. She concurrently serves as a director of the Management Decision and Information System Branch of the Chinese Society of Optimization, Overall Planning and Economic Mathematics. She also serves as an anonymous reviewer for journals such as Urban Forestry & Urban Greening and Sustainable Cities and Society.
