Biography
Jianfeng Jia is a Professor in the School of Business Administration of Northeastern University. He is also serving as Associate Dean of School of Business Administration.
Prof. Jia’s expertise is in organizational behavior, human resource management and innovation and entrepreneurship management. He has published over 100 articles in many top-tier scholarly journals such as Employee Relations、Asian Business & Management、International Journal of Manpower、 Asia Pacific Journal of Human Resources、Mathematical Problmes in Engineering、Nankai Business Review International, Management World, Nankai Business Review, Journal of Management Science, Management Review, China Soft Science, Chinese Journal of Management Science and Science Research Management. He has published 5 monographs and 1 translation book in Science Press, Economic Science Press and China Machine Press. His related research achievements have won more than 50 awards. Also, he is the peer reviewer of many international and domestic academic journals.
