Ren Guomin
Ren Guomin, born in Ningbo, Zhejiang, currently serves as the President of Shanghai Furi Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Chief Strategic Consultant and Outside Director of Foci Pharmaceuticals, Researcher of China Securitization Research Institute, Strategic Consultant of Shanghai Dazhong Transportation, and Artistic Director of Shanghai Xu Beihong Art Center.
He formerly served as the Editor of Contemporary Literary and Artistic Thoughts, the Director of the Department of Advertising and Design of Lanzhou University of Finance and Economics, the Artistic Director of the CCTV program named Chat. He led management consulting and brand planning for listed companies such as Huanghe Beer, Maotai, Hewlett-Packard, Sanyo, LUZHOULAOJIAO, Qinghai Department Store, Jinhuijiu Co., Ltd., and Foci Pharmaceuticals, took charge of strategic consulting for cities, districts and counties like Lanzhou City, Changshu City, Baotou City and Minxian County (Old Revolutionary base area), participated in mergers, acquisitions and restructuring projects of listed companies like Shanghai Dazhong Transportation, Ningbo Yunsheng, Foci Pharmaceuticals and Asia Media Group.
He has long been engaged in corporate strategic management, brand design and promotion, mergers, acquisitions and restructuring, and consulting and research on local government development model of combination between industry and finance. He created the first Internet financial service system for ultra-short-term public debt. Positive effect has been made in improving the structure of fiscal revenue and expenditure, supply and demand, and balancing total volume and structure. He has more than 20 years of experience in management consulting services.
He studied at Northwest Normal University, China Academy of Art, and Fudan University successively.
