          Graduated from China Foreign Affairs University majoring in English, Hang Chen received master's degree in law and economics from China Foreign Affairs University and YONSEI UNIVERSITY, and International MBA from KDI Business School. His research interests include financial service and financial products, corporate management and pension financial business. He formerly served as Deputy Director, Director, Assistant General Manager, Vice President, Second-grade Professional and Technical Talent and worked in other leading positions of the Head Office of China Construction Bank, Chief Representative of Overseas Representative Office, and Vice President of overseas branch. He also formerly served as Senior Adviser to Chairman KPMG, Executive Leader of China's Financial Industry Foreign Trade Promotion Working Group, and Senior Financial Adviser of China Urban Governance Innovation Alliance of School of Government, Peking University.

Hang Chen has successively presided in seminars of some major forums, namely the 2012 Shanghai Pudong International Finance Forum, the 2012 Zurich Switzerland-China Fund Forum; the 2013 Beijing Westin Hotel International Pension Forum; the 2014 Boao International Health Forum, the 2014 Paris BNP China-Europe Foundation Forum; the 2015 Beijing International Finance Forum; the 2016 Shanghai International Finance Forum; the 2017 Beijing International Finance Forum, Nanjing International Medical and Health Forum, Guilin International Health Forum; the 2018 Beijing International Forum on Financial Technology Innovation, Sanya International Pension Finance Investment Forum; the 2019 KPMG China Pension Financial System Construction Forum.

His publications include China’s Finance to the World, Foreign Bank’s Business Strategy in Korea(English), Finance in Korea, Multi-perspective of America. 120 papers have been published in Financial times, the Korea Times, the Korea Herald Tribune, the Korea Business Week, Foreign Affairs Journal, China Finance, Caijing Magazine, CCB News and so on.

He has been invited to teach finance and corporate management in China Agricultural University, China Foreign Affairs University, University of International Business and Economics, YONSEI UNIVERSITY, Peking University School of Government, CCB Harbin Training Center, ICBC Credit Suisse, Credit Suisse, BNP PARIBAS, etc.
