二、岗位招聘条件
（一）基本条件

2、具有创新性思维，能够全英文授课，能够以英语作为工作语言进行学术研究和日常交流。
（二）研究员岗位招聘条件
1、应聘者需研究方向明确，在研究领域内有一定的影响力，或教学成果突出，能够承担学院重要课程的建设任务，或具有丰富的政策研究和社会服务经验，能够组织学院的智库建设。
2、应聘者原则上应为国内外著名高校或研究机构具有高级专业技术职务的人员。
（三）副研究员岗位招聘条件
1、应聘者需在SSCI索引期刊或《中国社会科学》中曾发表一篇以上论文，或在《山东大学人文社会科学权威期刊目录》收录期刊中曾发表两篇以上论文，或有其它的重要学术贡献。
2、应聘者需在海外著名高校取得博士学位，或在国内一流大学取得博士学位且教学科研成果特别突出。
（四）助理研究员岗位招聘条件
1、应聘者应已展示出较强的研究能力、发展潜力巨大，能够胜任教学科研和智库建设工作。

Shandong University (SDU) is a time-honored, comprehensive university under the Ministry of Education, China. As one of the original institutions for modern higher education in China, SDU has received high respect worldwide. It was included in both Project 211 and Project 985, which were two major programs for domestic high-impact university formulated by the Chinese government. 2. Vacancy and Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
1）The applicants must comply with laws and regulations in China; demonstrate strong responsibility, good morality and earnest working attitude; and be willing to contribute to School’s development.
2）Innovative thinking, being able to teach in English, and using English as a working language for academic research and daily communication.
Qualifications for Professors:
1）Applicants need to have a clear research direction, have certain influence in the research field, or have outstanding teaching results, be able to undertake the construction tasks of important courses of the school, or have rich experience in policy research and social services, and be able to organize the building of the think tank of the school.
2）In principle, applicants should be personnel with advanced professional and technical positions in famous universities or research institutions at home and abroad.
Qualifications for Associate professors:
1） Applicants must have published more than one paper in the SSCI index journal or China Social Science, or more than two papers in the journals of Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences, Shandong University, or have other important academic contributions.
2）Applicants need to obtain a Ph.D. from a famous overseas university, or a domestic first-class university, and the teaching and research results are particularly prominent.
Qualifications for Assistant professors:
1）Applicants should have demonstrated strong research capabilities and great development potential, and are qualified for teaching, research, and the construction of think tank.
2）Applicants are required to obtain a Ph.D. from a prestigious domestic university or an overseas university.
