Courses Taught
For undergraduate, graduate, and international students:Introduction to Artificial Intelligence, University Physics, Entrepreneurship Management, Innovation Transfer & Industry Interface Practice, Business Negotiation, and Innovation Across Cultures.
Teaching emphasizes a “real-world context—case-driven—interdisciplinary integration” approach: designing class tasks around industry problems, organizing simulated negotiations, project pitches, and technology transfer evaluations, and cultivating students’ innovative thinking, industry literacy, evidence-based decision-making, and cross-cultural communication. He also contributes to curriculum and case-library development and advances co-teaching with industry mentors, alumni enterprises, and innovation platforms.
Research Interests
Focused on innovation and entrepreneurship management and technology innovation transfer management, with an emphasis on the behaviors, pathways, and representative cases of technology commercialization. Key topics include: Organizational mechanisms and incentive design for technology transfer in universities and research institutes; Behavioral features of interdisciplinary teams in opportunity identification, value proposition, and business model development; Stage-specific strategies from Technology Readiness Level (TRL) to proof-of-concept (POC)/pilots to scale-up and diffusion; Governance and risk control in industry–academia–research collaboration.
Meanwhile feeding findings back into teaching and practice.
Service
Actively promotes university–industry collaboration, innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, and practice-based projects. He co-organizes workshops, pitch reviews, and career talks with companies and incubators to align student solutions with real market needs and develop actionable transfer roadmaps.
Supervision & Collaboration
Welcomes undergraduate and graduate students interested in innovation management, technology transfer, and industry interfacing to join case studies and project practice. Open to collaborating with enterprises and research teams on transfer assessment, business model design, pilot validation, and scale-up.
