
Yujuan Xi
Yujuan Xi, Assistant Professor, holds a PhD from Jilin University, China. She completed a one-year visiting scholar appointment at the University of Queensland, Australia. During her doctoral studies, she was awarded the National Scholarship for Doctoral Students, and her dissertation was recognized as an Outstanding Graduation Thesis by Jilin University. Her primary research areas include knowledge management, innovation management, strategic management, and marketing management. She has also contributed to the development of teaching materials for the “InnovationTransformationManagement”.
She hostsone project funded by the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation for Young Scholars (Research on the Impact of Social Capital and Knowledge Creation on Enterprise Dynamic Capabilities from the Perspective of Environmental Uncertainty), one project funded by the Shandong Provincial Social Science Planning Research for Young Scholars (Research on the Management Mechanism of Shandong Province’s Innovation Ecosystem Driven by Digital Transformation), and one project funded by the Shandong University Graduate Education Teaching Reform Project (Research on the Cross-disciplinary Graduate Training Innovation Model from the Perspective of the “Government-Industry-Academia-Research” Quadruple Helix). Additionally,shehas participated in one general project funded by the National Social Science Foundation and one project funded by the Shandong Provincial Natural Science Foundation for General Research.
She haspublishedjournal articles listingby Social Science Citation Index (SSCI) and Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI). Her two monographs were also published.
